About

GlyphBox started as a group chat where three friends kept sending each other links to games they couldn't stop playing. At some point the messages got too long to fit in a chat window, so we turned them into proper reviews and put them on a page. That page grew into this site.,We don't run on hype. Every game in the catalog is installed on a real phone and played for as long as it takes to understand what it's actually about — not just the tutorial, but the part where the systems open up or fall apart. If a game bores us after twenty minutes, we say so.,Picking what to cover is simple: we look for titles that do something well, whether that's a clever mechanic, a nice mood, or just a control scheme that feels right under the thumb. Genre doesn't matter to us. A tiny arcade racer gets the same attention as a sprawling role-playing game.,The site is small on purpose. We'd rather publish four thoughtful reviews a month than forty rushed ones, and we'd rather you trust a low score than doubt a high one.
